Venus Blend No. 2 Barrel Aged Gin

A different approach than Blend 1, the botanical blend chosen to pair with American oak, allowing the herbal character to be enhanced by the wood. Nose shows orange and bay, with Juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, sage, oak & fennel all joining on the palate.
